5. Import Guide vane & Outlet venting valve

• At inlet with continuously adjustable electric stepless guide vane (IGV) made of SS304 to achieve very small pressure loss, accurate flow control, and pneumatic stepless continuous regulating vent valve is adopted at the outlet, safe, reliable and quick in response

6. Coupling

• Diaphragm type coupling with protective cover

• Lubricating is not needed

7. High efficiency interstage cooler

• Optimize the runner to minimize the pressure loss

• Efficient heat transfer, compact structure

• Drawer type structure, water goes through the pipe side, air goes through the shell side

• The cooler cores are interchangeable

• Large manhole, easy to enter, clean and maintain

• The intercooler adopts the drawer type heat exchanger structure which is convenient for disassembly and wash cleaning, the water pipe is made of copper alloy and designed according to the temperature rise of 8 ℃. It has high heat transfer efficiency and high corrosion resistance, thus prolonging the service life of the cooler.

• The inner surface of the air flowing of the cooler is treated with anti-corrosion , and the air side pressure drop is less than or equal to 5kpa.

8. Lubrication system

• The whole lubrication system consists of oil level indicator, oil level observation hole, oil tank oil filling hole with differential pressure alarm function of oil filter.

• Spindle driven full flow oil pump and electric auxiliary oil pump

• Oil tank vacuuming system is with high pressure fan typed oil mist filter

• The equipment is with self-heating device which can meet the -30℃～+20℃ temperature environment running condition

9. Lubrication oil tank

• Capacity: lubricating oil stays in the oil tank over 5 minutes.

10. Oil cooler

• Type: Shell and tube type

• Water pipe material: copper alloy

• Special coating ensures long time operation of cooler

11. Electric lube oil heater

• Automatic temperature regulation

12. Lube oil filters

• Type: Corrugated Cellulose

Our usual way of packing is in bubble wrap. Meanwhile wooden case packing is also available upon request, but additional fees should be charged accordingly.
