Composition
The main parts of the containerized type screw air compressor are
air compressor and cabinet. While the container is with axial flow
fan, lighting, air inlet louver , primary air filter, exhaust
louver and insect screen, air inlet guide cover, air guide cover
(air-cooled air compressor) for hot air exhaust, safety door lock,
container door lock, sound absorption and heat insulation, which
can meet the requirements of running status observation, recording,
and daily maintenance for air compressor.
Description
The conntainerized type air compressor is customized according to
the actual needs of each user.
The compressed air systems such as air compressor, air storage
tank, refrigeration dryer (or adsorption dryer), filter, waste oil
collector, control cabinet, etc. are selected and prepared
according to the actual gas consumption requirements, installed in
a special packing box, all the equipment are fixed on the bottom
plate and bottom beam of the container, and then design according
to the drawings, complete the installation of equipment, pipeline,
electrical and instrument, reserve the compressed air flange
interface and blowdown interface at the base of container or the
edge of wall for customer's field external pipeline and process
piping, reserve the cable inlet hole on the box for field wiring,
special containers are equipped with lifting lugs or forklift holes
for hoisting and shoveling; conduct sound-absorbing and heat
insulation decoration in the box, which can absorb the operation
noise of air compressor and auxiliary equipment.
Features
The containerized type screw air compressor is installed in a
single cylinder, which can be leveled. In the special environment
with large wind load, such as the seaside, special equipment
foundation can be designed and the container can be fixed by anchor
bolts to meet the design strength requirements of wind load.

failure, etc.
◆ Parameter preset/modification: Control mode, automatic start/stop
load/unload pressure, temperature bound, load reply time; order
choose of multiple compressor, maintenance time, calendar, and
time.
◆ History record check: Load/unload running time, oil filter left
time; separator left time, air filter left time, total running
time, history failure record.
