Features
The outside container of this type rotary screw air compressor can
protect the air compressor and other auxiliary equipments inside,
that ensures the continuous and normal operation of the air
compressor system, in the marine environment, the containerized
type screw air compressor enhances the protection level of all the
equipments in the container, in the extremely low and high
temperature environment, through the design and installation of
heater, heat insulation layer and air conditioner, the temperature
in the container can be adjusted to ensure the normal operation of
the air compressor. In desert environment, we can install sand
filter at the air inlet of containerized screw air compressor to
prevent dust and protect the equipment in the container, so as to
prolong the service life of air compressor and after-treatment
equipment, increase equipment operation efficiency and reduce
maintenance workload.
Composition
The main parts of the containerized type screw air compressor are
air compressor and cabinet. While the container is with axial flow
fan, lighting, air inlet louver , primary air filter, exhaust
louver and insect screen, air inlet guide cover, air guide cover
(air-cooled air compressor) for hot air exhaust, safety door lock,
container door lock, sound absorption and heat insulation, which
can meet the requirements of running status observation, recording,
and daily maintenance for air compressor.

◆ Parameter preset/modification: Control mode, automatic start/stop
load/unload pressure, temperature bound, load reply time; order
choose of multiple compressor, maintenance time, calendar, and
time.
◆ History record check: Load/unload running time, oil filter left
time; separator left time, air filter left time, total running
time, history failure record.
