    GoodSeaA centrifugal vacuum pump adopts variable frequency technology, which can adjust the speed of vacuum pump, adjust the power with the change of parameters of paper production line, and keep vacuum pump always working in the best operating condition.


    GoodSeaA vacuum system is a completely customized design. The most reasonable vacuum point design is selected according to the user's paper machine operation. The vacuum degree proximity point, suction point is combined to make the high-speed centrifugal vacuum pump efficient and always run at high-efficiency zone of the pump’s and the motor’s characteristic line, it is equivalent to the aircraft flying at the most fuel-efficient cruising speed.


    GoodSeaA centrifugal vacuum pump has three centrifugal pumps: single-stage, two-stage and three-stage. One equipment has multiple suction ports and can pump two different vacuum degrees. Therefore, a high-speed centrifugal vacuum pump can replace multiple water ring vacuum pumps, it has compact structure and many adjustable output parameters.


    GoodSeaA vacuum system provides complete equipment and system solutions: including water-air separator, cooler, filtrate pump, silencer, valves, meters, fittings and fully automated control systems for online monitoring of vacuum degree and pumping flow.

    Commissioning & Testing
    1. High Speed Dynamic Balance Test

    • Gradually balancing from low speed to high speed.

    • The equilibrium speed is as close as possible to the critical speed.

    • Balance at rated working speed to ensure balance accuracy.

    1. Rotor Test

    • The wheel rotation fracture test is carried out without damage in the ground with 122% maximum rotational speed.

    • Working on the engine at 115% maximum allowable steady-state operating speed for 5 minutes without cracking and the size is within the allowable range.

    • On the engine, exceed the maximum allowable average steady-state temperature of 42℃, work for 5 minutes without cracking, and the size is within the allowable range.

    1. Vibration Test

    • 20% margin between critical speed and maximum working speed.

    • During the test of the components and the whole machine, there is no adverse reaction to the vibration in the working speed range.

    1. Performance, Characteristic Test

    • Performance tests under design conditions.

    • ​Characteristic tests under non-design conditions.

    • Process the test data to determine whether the performance of the component is up to standard and draw a characteristic curve.
