Product Description
Goodseaa uses the aero-engine 3D blade designing software to have
the impeller designed to work together with high speed forging
alloy steel precision helical gear to achieve an extra high dynamic
energy efficiency.
Aviation standard processing, manufacturing, commissioning and
inspection, far higher than the general mechanical standards. The
impeller is made of aviation grade high strength alloy, which can
be used for 300000 hours without maintenance.

GooDSeaA Compressor Control System
The control system is designed to perform blower protection and
regulation with a PLC controller and sensors:
Show the operating data of the compressor
Inspect the compressor’s running and alarm or shutdown
Re-set and adjust the setting point, maintain the discharge
pressure and surge protection
Modulate the air flow via the Inlet Guide Vane and bypass valve
Auto control the lube oil system
This control system will inspect and acknowledge if the blower is
close to the surge line based on the difference between the actual
discharge pressure and setting point . The surge protection
function is offered.
Inspect the blower parts which need to be updated or maintained.
Manual local control and remote control (central control room) both
available
With RS485 communication interface, it can not only monitor the
blower operation, but also upload the relevant monitoring data of
the system to the user monitoring center through the LAN through
the standard network interface, so as to realize the real-time
information feedback
Upload the data monitored by the system through LAN to realize
information timely monitoring 31 item information can be displayed
on the LCD of the machine unit, the unit has 13 alarm control items
and 12 shutdown control items.

which is suitable for direct dragging of industrial steam turbines
or gas turbines.For general large-scale chemical plants, it is
often used as a by-product steam-driven industrial steam turbine to
provide power for comprehensive utilization of thermal energy.
